November is over and now we are less thank 3 weeks away to the new year which means time to put up our christmas tree. This year we were debating whether or not to get a real christmas tree. Back in Ecuador we don’t have the opportunity to go pick our own Christmas tree; therefore, I was beyond excited about the idea!
Saturday morning was warm enough to be outside, of course with our luck, the temperature dropped to almost freezing. Thankfully I had my new pair of Sperry boots and my new J.Crew Vail Parka coat (review coming up in another post)
I got this boots from Macy’s during its black Friday sale and after reading so many different reviews on the sizing I ended up ordering two sizes. I usually wear a 6.5US size and I have to say these fit true to size. They are so comfortable and warm; the blush and cream color are perfect to combine it with different coats and outfits. I wore the boots with a thick pair of socks and they are so breathable.
Going to see the trees with Marc was difinitely fun; however, carrying one of those little trees will definitely provide you with the workout for the day. Don’t understimate the weight of the tiny trees. Good thing I got a husband who is not only handsome but also handy!
